二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）具备环保工程专业承包一级资质。
（4）项目负责人具有机电工程专业注册建造师二级及其以上资格。
（5）本项目为预留份额的采购项目，预留份额措施为整体预留(专门面向中小企业)。
（6）本项目不接受联合体投标。

(4) The project leader has the qualification of Registered Constructor Level 2 or above in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. (5) This project is a procurement project with reserved quota, and the reserved quota measure is overall reserved (specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises). (6) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
