简要规则描述：本项目建设地点位为：老港镇东河村，两港公路东侧，大冶河北侧，实施面积共计159.10亩（具体以实测为准）。建设内容为间伐、补植、修枝、绿化提升、基础设施等。主要间伐树种包括：池杉、榉树、栾树、落羽杉等，主要补植树种包括：青冈栎、浙江楠等。植物景观提升主要树种包括：无患子、三角枫、早樱等，种植地被包括：紫叶狼尾草、金叶石菖蒲、葱兰等。基础设施建设内容包括：黑色沥青路、文化景墙、观景廊、涵管工程等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: The construction site of this project is: Donghe Village, Laogang Town, east of Lianggang Highway and north of Daye River, with a total implementation area of 159.10 acres (subject to actual measurement). The construction content is thinning, replanting, pruning, greening and upgrading, infrastructure, etc. The main thinned tree species include: pond fir, zelkova, luan, lanceola, etc., and the main replanted tree species include: Quercus glauca, Phoebe zhejiangensis, etc. The main tree species for plant landscape enhancement include: soapberry, triangular maple, early cherry, etc., and the planting ground cover includes: purple-leaved wolf's tail, golden-leaved stone calamus, allium orchid, etc. The infrastructure construction includes: black asphalt road, cultural scenic wall, viewing gallery, culvert project, etc. (See the bill of quantities and drawings for specific quantities and requirements.) )

（4）具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：
人员配备要求（人）：5人
岗位、数量、资格要求：*园林项目负责人（园林专业中级及以上职称）1人、
安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级及以上园林绿化工(班组负责人)1人。
说明：
1）上述人员配备要求系最低配备要求；对于施工技术复杂的项目，供应商可根据项目情况，在以上人员配备要求基础上适当增加技术管理人员、施工员等人数；
2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具有上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，且无在建项目记录；
3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；
（6）业绩要求：无；
（7）其他要求：本项目另需配备注册建造师：具有市政公用工程专业二级（及以上）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。
